Did you know that there are over 2 blogs created every second of every day? That’s a lot of new blogs coming into the blogosphere every single day. So what can you do to make your blog stand out from the rest?
That’s exactly what I am going to cover in my talk at BlogWorld Expo. More specifically, I’ll be focusing on how food blogs can stand out from all of the other tempting food blogs out there.
How To Make Your Blog Stand Out So People Eat It Up
The good news is that a crowded market means that there is someone succeeding in it. It means that someone has figured out what works, what doesn’t, and how to make a living from their food blog.
Your job then, is to figure out how you can put your own spin on what works in the food market. My session will be useful for anyone just getting started in blogging, whether that is in the food sphere or not.
I’ll be talking about the importance of iterating on your blog’s concept with your audience, along with the right way to do it.
I’ll also cover some of the nitty-gritty tech stuff (ooh talk nerdy to me, baby!), that you’ll need to master in order to grow your blog in the long run.
I’m talking social media marketing basics, search engine optimization tactics, and using word-of-mouth to grow your blog on autopilot.
The most important thing you’ll take away from my talk at blog world Expo in November 2011 is that you need to serve your content in a way that has people eating it up and coming back for more.
This will be my third time speaking at BlogWorld Expo, and I’m thrilled to be bringing you even more hands-on advice for making YOUR blog stand out from the crowd, especially in the crowded world of food blogging, health, and wellness.
