What I'm up to now
I’m spending less time on social media, so this is the best way to see what I’m up to.
Think of this as an old school throw back where websites were the central place where we published things, including what we were up to.
I’ll try to keep this page updated with the latest in my life.
Thanks for checking in,
-Nathalie
- I sold my AccessAlly software business in April 2024 after more than 10 years of building the brand and company. It was time to hand the reigns over to someone else and take a break from running a tech business.
- Since the sale, I’m embracing the farming life. Drinking from the firehose of knowledge that is first generation farming and raising dairy sheep, ducks, geese, and chickens. Growing a ton of our own fruits and vegetables, and learning how to do it regeneratively.
- Spending time with my kids who are already 8 and 5 years old. Every day they teach me about savoring the little moments, and what new pokemon I need to study up on.
- I’m pursuing my life-long goal of writing fiction. My plan is to finish writing a trilogy and self-publish all three sometime in late 2025 or early 2026. I’ll be publishing under a pen name, and we’ll see how things go!
- Learning how to knit, how to tan sheep hides, and the basics of sewing. All of the lost arts of sustainable fiber and clothing production are fascinating to me.
- I’m volunteering to organize and plant a dozen trees at my kids’ school using permaculture principles to add shade and build an outdoor classroom.
